WEATHER: Snow May Put The ‘White’ In White Center Early Next Week

Just when you thought your mild northwest “winter” was over comes word from the National Weather Service that the ‘S’ word – as in SNOW – may creep back into the forecast early next week, possibly putting the ‘white’ in White Center.

The current forecast is calling for snow levels to drop to 400 feet starting Sunday night, Jan. 15, with the threat of snow continuing through Wed., Jan. 18.

Even acclaimed meteorologist Cliff Mass is warning that we may get some white stuff on his blog:

The new forecast models are increasingly threatening for colder temperatures and lowland snow from Sunday through Wednesday of next week, although none of the forecast are ideal for a truly major event.
