New Advertiser ‘Neat Street’ Ready to Keep Your 2013 Business Resolutions

If you are a business owner with a physical storefront, or a landlord whose New Year’s resolutions include attracting new customers or tenants, Lea Engle of Neat Street wants you to know that she and her team are here to help!

It’s common knowledge that the presence of graffiti, litter, shabby store-fronts or signage can discourage customers from patronizing a business, but often businesses seemingly ignore the condition of their “public face” or are too busy with the day to day operation of their business to take action. In today’s competitive environment small businesses simply cannot afford to ignore the things that turn a customer off. The smart money is on the merchants who take a hard look at their image and invest in their storefront as an integral part of their branding.

This is where Neat Street comes in. Offering a variety of window and pressure washing, graffiti or litter removal services, Neat Street works to make your “Public Face” the best it can be. Their services can be contracted by the job, or as part of an on-going maintenance contract.

Less than a year old, Neat Street has been embraced by the community in White Center and beyond. The concept evolved from Lea’s natural enjoyment of cleaning and her recent move from the Delridge neighborhood of West Seattle. As a newer resident of White Center she became aware of the great need for this service in her new home, while shopping around with her 9 year old daughter.

“People want to feel proud of the places they live, work and shop,” Lea told us. “It’s amazing how satisfying it can be, to see the transformation removing the graffiti and litter can be to a businesses image.”

As an active member of the White Center Chamber of commerce and a new member of the White Center Eagles, Lea has the vision of a vibrant business and retail core for her community. Her dreams include business beautification SWOT teams, to perform swift makeovers of a business or a whole block. For now, she stands ready to make the city a better place one tag, or dirty window at a time.

Call or email Lea today to find out how Neat Street can help you improve your image.
