Dow Constantine to deliver ‘State of the County’ from White Center Feb. 10


For the first time ever, a King County Executive will deliver the annual State of the County Address in one of the county’s unincorporated areas – in this case, White Center on Monday, Feb. 10.

At a special meeting of the Metropolitan King County Council at White Center Heights Elementary School, Executive Constantine will frame his policy agenda for meeting two of the greatest generational challenges of our time.
