Man stabbed in White Center
Police say that a man was stabbed in the back by another man after they were unable to enter a White Center bar early Thursday morning.
Deputies were still searching for the suspect, who is described as being 5’10” tall, weighing around 160 lbs and wearing a mullet hairstyle.
The King County Sheriff’s Office says the two were in the 9600 block of 16th Ave SW around 1:22 a.m. Thrusday (Aug. 14) when the stabbing happened. The two men apparently knew each other, police added.
When officers arrived the victim was conscious but chose to not cooperate with investigators. The stabbing victim was taken to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
