Recreational Pot on agenda for next NHUAC meeting, set for Thursday, April 2

The next North Highline Unincorporated Area Council meeting will be held on Thursday, April 2, with a focus on recreational pot.

This will be “an important community discussion regarding zoning for recreational marijuana stores in and around the unincorporated area of White Center,” according to an announcement.

Also, White Center Storefront Deputy Julian Chivington will be providing information on crime stats and other general safety issues.

The meeting, which is free and open to the public, will be held at the North Highline Fire Station, located at 1243 SW 112th Street.
