Help is needed to help plant trees in White Center parks – volunteers have been working in these parks all year preparing the ground for planting.

“This is now the wonderful time of year where we get to give back and build a healthier forest in our urban parks,” reads an announcement. “People of all ages are welcome, no experience needed.”

King County Parks staff will provide all tools, work gloves, plants, education and instruction.
