As long as there is a tent city and a pile of drugs being sold behind 15th street , there is always going to be massive amounts of trash around white center …. how about instead of white center giving into freeattle and its systematic destruction of our neighborhoods, we hold the homeless accountable and have them be the clean up crew for any town in which they live in or have a tent city in… that way they are earning what has been stolen from our pockets as tax payers and they get the honor of having a job they can work 8 hrs a day and instead of leaving a trail of needles and filth everywhere they go the can beautify our area and learn what it means to care and take ownership of where they graciously live .
