REMINDER: Highline Bears final home game starts at 7:05pm TONIGHT!

REMINDER: The first pitch for the final 2017 home game for the Highline Bears will be TONIGHT – Friday, July 28, at 7:05 p.m. at Steve Cox Memorial Stadium in White Center!

The Bears will take on the NW Emeralds, and are finishing up their third season in the Pacific International League (PIL). The PIL was founded in 1992, and is considered by many to be the premier Summer Collegiate Baseball league in the Northwest. Sanctioned by the National Baseball Congress (NBC), most PIL players are NCAA eligible and are unpaid in order to maintain their eligibility. The PIL is different from many other summer collegiate baseball leagues in that the league also allows former professionals and college graduates to participate. The league runs from the end of May through the end of July.

Tickets to games – available at the gate – are affordable at only $5 for adults, and FREE for kids under the age of 12, as well as all service men & women.

“We pride ourselves on being a place for fun, affordable, family entertainment,” General Manager Justin Moser told The B-Town Blog. “There really aren’t many things a family of 4 can do for under $20, and we do our best to provide that.”
