Life in Balance Physical Therapy and Pilates is looking to hire a part-time Admin who may split time between their Burien and West Seattle Office:

We are a Physical Therapy clinic and are looking for experienced Front desk professionals to join our team.

We need people who can perform multiple tasks while being customer focused.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting & checking in patients
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling Patients
  • Collecting Fees
  • Posting payments
  • Preparation and explaining paperwork to Patients
  • Verifying insurance benefits and insurance authorizations

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills (detail oriented)
  • Extremely reliable and flexible
  • Office 365 knowledge

    This is a good company to work for. Both locations are clean with free parking, and the pace of the work was busy but manageable when I worked there before moving out of the area. The professionals and managers are good. Your schedule is likely to be predictable.
