DESCRIPTION:EDITOR’S NOTE: South King Media Founder/Publisher Scott Schaefer serves on the Board of Directors for the Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce.\nOn Wednesday\, June 7\, 2023\, the Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce will hold its Public Safety Summit in SeaTac. \nThis event will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton\, Seattle Airport\, starting at Noon. \nThe summit will convene subject matter experts\, policymakers\, industry leaders\, business owner and community members to provide insight into public safety trends\, resources\, and best practices. \n“Our business community values the safety of its employees and patrons and public safety is the top concern we hear when we meet and visit with local businesses\,” said Seattle Southside Chamber President/CEO Annie McGrath. “There is a strong desire from our members to be well-informed and contribute to the conversation around safety in Southwest King County.
