Well the scratch tickets should be able to be tracked down . When or if someone go’s to turn them in for the winning’s the numbers on the back can be marked as stolen (stupid criminal) . The person should get arrested if sales person is paying attention and calls police . Then police and detectives will or should be able track down other suspects . Might get even more charges since it’s lotto tickets could get the feds involved . Suspects could end up in federal prison on there way to becoming gangsta rappers thinking it’s cool being a thug oh wait no it’s not .
