The King County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that a burglar was arrested inside Robxury Lanes recently while trying to hide behind bowling pins.

He was caught before he could split (ba-dum dum).

Police say that on Sunday, May 30, 2020 at about 11:40 p.m., deputies were dispatched to Roxbury Lanes in the 2800 block of SW Roxbury in White Center for a burglary in progress.

The deputies made entry into the business through one of the doors where the glass had been shattered. They located a male attempting to hide behind bowling pins in lane #11.

The suspect, a 44-year old male, later admitted he broke into the business because “he wanted to get a couple beers.”

The man was booked into the King County Jail on Investigation of Burglary.
