CALL FOR BABY FORMULA DONATIONS

There was a recall of formula and White Center food Bank is running extremely low on supplies for its baby pantry.

“We could use our community’s help to restock the shelves!”

Donation hours at the food bank are 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. M-F (10829 8th Ave SW, White Center, WA 98168; map below)

COME TO THE MOSHIER ART CENTER IN BURIEN FOR “EMPTY BOWLS” THIS WEEKEND

Come to the Moshier Community Art Center in Burien this Saturday and Sunday, March 5 and 6, 2022, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. to donate, pick out a beautiful bowl, and participate in a fun raffle for the annual ‘Empty Bowls’ fundraiser.

All proceeds benefit both the White Center and Highline Area Food Banks.

Moshier Art Center potters have donated original, handmade bowls to be gifted with your donation.

Empty Bowls events can be found around the country raising money to combat food insecurity.

“While we won’t be sharing a meal with you this year, we hope you will stop by to help support the Food Banks!”
