“Muse Fest: The Power of Women’s Voices,” a free music festival celebrating female musicians, will return this Thursday, May 8, 2025, to the West Seattle Art Walk.

The event is co-presented by The Art of Music and West Seattle-based musician Sue Quigley, on behalf of the West Seattle Junction Association.

This year’s Muse Fest will feature 11 live music performances across three neighborhoods: two in the Morgan Junction, five in the Alaska Junction, and four in the Admiral District.

Performances will take place simultaneously from 6 to 7:45 p.m., with a 15-minute intermission at the midpoint.

“Spend all evening at your favorite venue, or try to visit as many as you can,” organizers said. “Many of the venues are food and drink establishments offering “Art Walk Specials,” so ask your server for the deal to make your evening complete.”

A full overview of artists, including musical genres and performer photos, is available on the Art Walk website at https://wsartwalk.org.

Muse Fest was first introduced to amplify women’s voices and talents during the monthly art walk and has become a popular addition to West Seattle’s creative scene.
