King County crews will restrict traffic on 16th Ave SW at SW 100th Street in White Center (map below) starting Monday, Aug. 10, through Friday, Sept. 18, while workers replace ADA curb ramps and portions of sidewalk at the intersection, King County Road Services announced.
The work is scheduled from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
Flaggers will direct traffic in both directions through one open lane during construction.
Sidewalk closures may be needed while crews replace the curb ramps. If a sidewalk is closed, King County Road Services said a pedestrian detour will be in place.
Access to businesses will be maintained throughout construction, and all vehicles will have access through the work zone, the county said.
The work could be rescheduled because of equipment, crew availability or weather.
